Introduction

In the very first phase, we examine the mission, vision and objectives of your company during an extensive interview. We then compare this during desk research to the communication expressions of your company that we can find and possibly interviews with important stakeholders. These can be current customers and/or desired customers.

Advice

We analyse the outcome of the introduction in a report containing our advice and development points and a proposal about the next steps and timeline that we advise, i.e. what to do when, at what speed and in addition to time, we also indicate the required budget, total and per month and estimated final results after 1 year.

Branding & Design

The first step in the implementation consists of strengthening your brand and developing the core of your brand and the basis of the new growth spurt into suitable design and communication material. Based on your organization's needs. We present this internally, in the form of an updated brand book, to all parties involved in the brand, such as suppliers and employees.

Marketing & Sales

In this phase we develop toghether with you a market preparation plan that focuses on optimal coherence between sales & marketing. The execution of this plan includes a combination of role plays for marketing teams and sales teams for the implementation and propagation of the strengthened brand in daily activities. Marketing lead campaigns will also be set up in this phase and it will be explained how they can be jointly monitored by marketing and sales employees in the form of sales guidance and coaching.
